✓ Praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von AMS-Lösungen
✓ Sehr strukturiertes Vorgehen und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise insbesondere bei der Bearbeitung

✓ Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verhandlungssicher
✓ Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams
✓ Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Fach- und Führungsebene sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz
und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
